Omaha Wedding Photography | Amanda and Jon Married!

When I first met with Amanda and Jon in our initial consultation, the first thing I noticed was how much they smiled. From Amanda's creative poses with all of her bridesmaids to Jon's expression as Amanda walked down the aisle with her father, the Branigan wedding was truly filled with great times and no shortage of smiles. Shortly after dinner, we were able to go up to the rooftop of the Paxton to take a few pictures with Omaha's beautiful skyline. The picture above is definitely one of my favorites of this season as Jon and Amanda took a breather and really reminisced about the great times of that day, of the years past, and of the years to come. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Branigan!

Omaha Family Photography | Izzy's Mini-session!

Izzy is still one of the most photogenic little girls I've ever photographed! For this session, we incorporated some of her princess necessities, her bear blanket, and (her favorite) Thomas the tank engine. It's funny to think that after all the stress of coordinating, peace-keeping, and (of course) taking pictures at weddings, working with kids is almost like a day off! Aloha, everyone!

Omaha Wedding Photography | Stacie and Matt Married!

When Stacie and Matt first met, marriage was the last thing that was on their minds. In fact, upon recalling their first few encounters, Stacie and Matt both joke about how much they didn't like each other. However, after a few mutual projects, the work-room feud soon turned into a movie-reel romance. Stacie was attracted to Matt's soft-spoken demeanor and genuine personality. Matt was attracted to Stacie's infectious smile. Matt proposed to Stacie using an awesome replica space shuttle model, appealing to the inner space nerd in them both. Stacie and Matt's wedding was very casual and even mismatched in theme. Nonetheless, it wasn't hard to see that what might have been mismatched in color was certainly not the case for the love shared by the newlyweds. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Omaha Wedding Photography | Julie and Mark

    

      During the Winter of 2012, Mark, Julie and Julie's two sons, Zach and Jake, all gathered around with the other park visitors to watch Old Faithful erupt. As the Yellowstone monument burst open, everyone applauded in awe of the grand spectacle - everyone except for Mark. Instead, all he could think about was the most important and beautiful woman standing beside him.

"Old Faithful kept us waiting for two minutes and I kept you waiting for a lot longer than that." Julie turned to look at what brought about such a comment and found her handsome stud kneeling on the ground. "Will you marry me?"
