The third and final model in our senior photography series is the beautiful Ashlee. Since the day I asked her to get a slurpee with me after we had both gotten out of the water, Ashlee has been both my rock and my best friend, and because of that, I really wanted to photograph her in a way that would show her geniuinely cheerful personality and that smile that caught my eye back at day one. My vision for Ashlee's shoot was a dreamy, summery theme, full of bright tones, highlights and flares. Thanks for checking out this three-part series!

Omaha Senior Photography | Jasmine

 

Jasmine has both a great work ethic and a bubbly personality that makes her awesome to work with. For those who don't know, Jasmine is my primary assistant for all of my weddings and engagement shoots. I often attribute my ability to achieve many of images to my assistants who work my lighting tools, and it was nice to finally get her out in front of the camera. Jasmine really has a great sense of fashion and because of that, I wanted to make her shoot a little more dramatic and stylized. Check back tomorrow for part three of the shoot!

Omaha Senior Photography | Lauren

 

Now that the school year is done, I finally got a chance to catch up with Lauren. If she's not training for her next long-distance cross country meet or stressing about an upcoming P-Chem exam, she's probably checking the stats on her beloved Brewers (sorry about today's series...haha). Lauren's shoot encompassed a lot of earthy, warm colors that matched her down-to-Earth personality. She's even traveling to Barcelona soon so we decided to throw that in there! I had a little fun with this last edit - definitely loving the mysteriousness.

Omaha Wedding Photography | Kirk and Chelsi's Engagement Shoot (Part II)

After having so much fun during urban, bike-themed Part 1 of Kirk and Chelsi's engagement shoot (http://ryamadaphotography.blogspot.com/2013/04/kirk-and-chelsis-engagement-shoot-part-1.html), I was really looking forward to working with this couple again. During this shoot, we really wanted to use the beautiful, new colors of the Spring. The weather was pleasantly warm and it was nice not having to worry about cold fingers or abnormal skin tones!

Janelle and Tim are an extremely fun couple and a great example of the colorful people I have the pleasure of working with. Tim and Janelle both have a quirky sense of humor that kept the whole session upbeat and never boring. From climbing up into a tree to bringing a bait-bucket full of beer to the matching-Greenbaycaps, it was definitely a great time all around.

Omaha Wedding Photography | Pam and Ryan Engagement

This Sunday's engagement shoot with Pam and Ryan was absolutely amazing. Leaning out of a Skyfari to take a picture is not something I would have envisioned a year ago, but I'm certainly glad we decided to give it a try! This photoshoot was definitely one of the trickiest engagement sessions I've ever done, but at the same time, so rewarding with the images we were able to achieve. I can't wait for the fun we'll have when we do their wedding in June of next year!
